IMPORTANT
NOTE:
This is a 2 channel transmitter and receiver. Unless requested otherwise, all our fountains come with one channel set
for "latch" operation and the other for momentary.
This seems to work best for most magicians. But
this can easily be changed later so that both buttons will do the same thing. Let us know if you would like something different.
PLEASE
READ THESE CARD FOUNTAIN TIPS!
(These are true for almost all card fountains.)
1.
Newer, flat cards often work better than old bent cards.
2. Do not pack cards tightly into holder. They need to be a little loose.
3. Safeguard your key fob transmitter. It is the only one that
works with your receiver. (Although usually a new one can sometimes be
purchased and easily
programmed to work, for about $15-25. This is true with ours.)
For
you fellow geeks who understand this, here are the RC
/ PC Board Specifications (from manufacturer:)
Range
is over 250 feet.
Transmits on 433.9 Mhz
Transmitter includes battery.
Receiver
Power 12 VDC (batteries NOT included.)
Circuit draws 9mA in idle state, 1 relay energized 40mA
and 2 relays energized draws 70mA.
Relays have a Common, Normally
Closed (NC), and Normally Open (NO).
Each relay has a reset wiring
option for use to reset the relay with a limit switch. (i.e.
w/Garage Door Opener, set relay
to latching mode, relay is energized powering door motor, door trips a travel
limit switch that is wired back to the relay board turning
the
relay off.)
Each
Individual Relay is jumper selectable for latching or momentary.
PCB Board Amperage Rating: 2 Amps Max (Even though
the relay contacts rated below can handle more amperage, the
traces on the PCB
can't.
RC
Control AND Manual push button on cord. (Plugs in.)
12v operation for high card column.
(8 AA batteries)
Slightly lower 9v operation is
possible, (1-9v battery)
Two channel transmitter and
receiver. (Second device can be added later.)
Rolling
code transmitter and receiver. (You will not get interference
from other transmitters.)
Actuation
switch can be set for momentary OR latch, (push on/push
again for off.)
